Privacy Policy

Lullify helps parents and guardians create child-friendly songs. This policy explains what information Lullify processes, why it is needed, and the choices available to you.

Who this service is for

Lullify is intended for parents and guardians. Do not create an account for a child. A parent or guardian is responsible for any child-related information entered into the app.

Information we process

• Account information: your email address, display name, account identifier, and sign-in provider when you create or use an account.
• Child profile information: a child’s name, age, and interests when you choose to add them for song personalization.
• Content you create: prompts, lyrics, song titles, selected styles, generated audio, generated artwork, and videos you elect to save.
• Purchase information: subscription entitlement and purchase status, processed by Apple and our subscription provider. Lullify does not receive your full payment-card information.
• Diagnostics: crash and error information used to keep the app reliable.

How we use information

• Provide sign-in, account synchronization, song generation, storage, and subscription features.
• Personalize songs based on the details you intentionally provide.
• Protect the service, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.
• Respond to support requests and enforce our terms.

Service providers

Lullify uses service providers to operate its features. Supabase provides authentication, database, and storage services. Google services provide AI generation. Adapty provides subscription infrastructure. Firebase Crashlytics helps us diagnose crashes. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services to Lullify.

Tracking and advertising

Lullify does not request App Tracking Transparency permission and does not use the information it collects for cross-app or cross-website advertising tracking. Lullify does not sell personal information.

Retention and deletion

We retain account and cloud content while your account is active, unless a longer period is required for security, legal, or accounting purposes. You can delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and cloud content, subject to limited retention described above.

Security

We use access controls designed to ensure that each account can access only its own cloud content. No internet-based service can guarantee absolute security, so please keep your account credentials private.

Your choices

You can avoid adding optional child profile information, edit or delete content from within the app, delete your account, or contact us to ask privacy questions.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated version here and revise the “Last updated” date.
