Delete your account
You can delete your Lullify account and the data stored with it at any time, on iPhone, iPad, or Android.
In the app
Open Lullify, sign in, and go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion happens right away.
Without the app
Email support@lullify.app from the email address you use to sign in to Lullify, with “Account Deletion” in the subject. We confirm the request with that address and delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and sign-in details.
- Child profiles, songs, lyrics, prompts, and favorites stored in the cloud.
- Generated audio, cover art, photos you chose as covers, and saved videos.
- Songs stored on the device, when you delete the account in the app.
What is kept
- App usage events (app opens and screen views) stay without any link to you: the account identifier is removed from them when the account is deleted.
- Purchase and subscription records kept by Apple or Google and our subscription provider, as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it first in your Apple ID settings or in the Google Play Store app under Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
