These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Lullify. By using Lullify, you agree to these terms.

Using Lullify

You may use Lullify only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. You are responsible for the information, prompts, and materials you submit. Do not submit unlawful, infringing, harmful, or inappropriate content.

Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activities performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without authorization.

AI-generated content

Lullify uses AI services to generate lyrics, artwork, and music from your inputs. Generated results may be unavailable, incomplete, or unexpected. Review generated content before sharing it. Do not rely on Lullify for medical, legal, safety, or other professional advice.

Children’s information

Lullify is intended for use by parents and guardians. You must have authority to provide any child-related information you enter, and you should provide only information necessary for the song you want to create.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund eligibility are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Restore purchases is available in Lullify where applicable.

Intellectual property

Lullify and its software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You retain rights in content you submit to the extent permitted by law. You grant Lullify the limited rights needed to process that content and provide the service.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or service improvement. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Termination

You may stop using Lullify and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required to protect the service or other users.
